Our Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 guarantees stable and secure packaging and has innovative solutions, even for complex applications. The Speedmaster XL 106 from Heidelberg is a sheetfed offset press that is suitable for frequent job changes. This allows us to offer production in small and large runs with consistent quality.
It is not for nothing that the machine is called a Speedmaster! Thanks to fully automatic preset functionality for format changes, saved makeready times result in high production speeds of around 18,000 printed sheets per hour.
If you only think of robots or voice assistants when you think of artificial intelligence, you’re far off the mark. The Heidelberg press continuously optimizes its processes thanks to integrated AI. Our Speedmaster XL 106-7+L and Speedmaster XL 106-5+L, for example, have washing devices for the inking unit, blanket and impression cylinder and automatically detect levels of contamination.
