The Busch BL die-cutting machine enables a die-cutting format of 220 x 260 mm, with round labels up to 250 mm in diameter. The BLS, on the other hand, offers a die-cutting format of 230 x 320 mm, with round labels up to 260 mm in diameter.
Busch punching machines are characterized by their particular robustness and high performance. Therefore, they are often used for the production of very long runs. When die-cutting from a two-up blank, one blank contains two nested set-ups, this allows material and cutting costs to be saved, offering more efficient and cost-effective production.
